What is a Brick?

Bricks are the fundamental unit of masonry construction — used for walls, boundary structures, pillars, and facades. Accurate brick estimation prevents costly mid-project shortages (which cause delays and color mismatches in new batches) and wasteful overordering. The standard brick size used in Pakistan is 9"×4.5"×3" (228×114×76mm), with approximately 55–60 bricks per square meter of single-layer wall. Double-layer (9-inch) walls use twice as many bricks and provide better insulation and structural strength.
